アプリのアップデートの際、証明書もきちんとインストールしたのに、ビルド時に以下の警告が出て先に進めない場合、

Application failed codesign verification.  The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an iPhone Distribution Certificate

「プロジェクト」→「プロジェクト設定を編集」で、

「コード署名ID」の「Any iOS」が「iPhone Distribution」になっているかをチェックする。

上記のエラー（警告）が出る場合は、「iPhone Developer」になっていることが多い。
